David is a lifelong resident of the area, he has been a Licensed Funeral Director since 1974. After 45 years of dedication to his profession and  community, he has decided to pursue retirement, enjoying family and travelling. However he will still maintain a casual part time position to lend a hand. David has built Simcoe Funeral Homes strong foundation that the staff will continue to maintain. His wealth of knowledge and experience is always a welcomed asset. David is confident that the new owner Mary-Ellen Patrick who has been working by his side for the past 10 years will continue to guide families in our community with the same compassion and commitment.

It is with gratitude that January 1 2020 Mary-Ellen has become the Managing Funeral Director/ Owner of the Simcoe Funeral Home.
